- The Gold Package is a non-traditional wedding video, similar in format to the popular television shows "A Wedding Story" and "Weddings of a Lifetime".
Prior to Wedding Day video, we shoot on-location and interview Bride and Groom at their favorite setting. This can include family photographs and home footage. This is your chance to be as a creative as you want to be and tell us your story as a couple. Using music, pictures, and creative camera techniques we put together a video segment that is truly unique and memorable., including in-depth "He Said / She Said", parents/friends interviews conducted a few days before the wedding.

Terms of agreement:

* It is understood that Marina Bichinsky is the exclusive, official videographer retained to perform the video services requested on this contract.

* It is expressly acknowledged, understood and agreed upon by and between Buyer and Marina Bichinsky, the Videographer owns all copyrights in the presentation and any photographs, videotapes, or CD™s produced by the Videographer. The engagement of Videographer by Buyer does not constitute work for hire as defined by the United

States Copyright Act. Marina Bichinsky reserves the right to use reproductions for display.

* A retainer of approximately one half the cost of the coverage selected is required to secure the wedding date. And the remaining balance is due when work is done.

* In the event of a postponement or cancellation of the Wedding / Contract, the retainer is non-refundable. If the Wedding is canceled within (90) days of the Wedding Date, Buyer shall be responsible for the full contract price. Marina Bichinsky agrees to pursue its reasonable efforts to minimize and mitigate its damages.

* Marina Bichinsky takes utmost care with respect to the exposure, editing, and delivery of video. However, in the event Marina Bichinsky fails to comply with the terms of this contract, due to any event or act outside the control of the studio, the studio's liability is limited to a refund of the funds paid to the Videographer there under.

* Additional services may be purchased pursuant to the price schedule in effect at the time the video is ordered.

* We reserve the right to stop service immediately in the case of physical, verbal, ethical, and ethnical harassment or abuse.

* Final video product: The company will take every effort to give the Client the best audio and video recording possible, but makes no guarantee either expressed or implied, in regard to the quality of audio/video recordings that are subjective and influenced by many factors beyond the complete control of THE COMPANY, especially during live or unstaged events, like weddings. It is also understood that the client is hiring THE COMPANY for their technical and artistic expertise and, therefore, THE COMPANY reserves the right to edit the tape(s) as they see fit. THE COMPANY does not guarantee that everyone involved in the event will be videotaped or will be included in the final edited videotape.

* RE-EDITING of videotapes: Requests for changes to the final edited videotape will be subject to an editing surcharge of $50 per hour plus TAX unless an obvious mistake was made by THE COMPANY. In which case, THE COMPANY will gladly re-edit the videotape at no additional charge to the Client.

* Responsibilities of the client beyond payment: The client agrees to include 1 meal per each videographer at the reception.

* Prices do not include overtime, shipping & handling (if any), sales tax, and any other expenses that are not stated on the corresponding invoice. These aforementioned items will be added to the final invoice and are payable at the time of the delivery of the final program to the client.

LivingArt invests considerable resources in marketing its products and services so that consumers can easily recognize LivingArt brand products and services, and differentiate them from the products and services of other companies.

Any reproduction or redistribution of the LivingArt product not in accordance with the License Agreement is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
